The shared ATR announce template linked to `https://github.com/apache/{{PROJECT_KEY}}/releases/tag/{{PROJECT_KEY}}-{{VERSION}}`, which is wrong for 13 repositories with a different tag format. As discussed in the issue (option 3), the template now uses a project-neutral link: https://maven.apache.org/release-notes/{{PROJECT_KEY}}/{{VERSION}} and `content/filtered-resources/.htaccess` redirects it to the GitHub release page, next to the existing `archives/*-LATEST` redirects: - specific rules for `maven-apache-parent`, `maven-apache-resources`, `maven-archetypes` and `maven-mvnd` - one rule for `maven-doxia`, `maven-doxia-converter`, `maven-doxia-sitetools`, `maven-enforcer`, `maven-executor`, `maven-file-management`, `maven-jxr`, `maven-surefire`, `maven-wagon` (tag without the `maven-` prefix) - a generic rule `<repo>-<version>` for all other projects Verified by simulating the rules for all affected projects and a few standard ones: all resulting GitHub release pages exist. `mvn pre-site` keeps the rules unchanged in the filtered `.htaccess`.
