The Wagon providers guide described the Maven 2.2.1 provider selection. Maven 3 and 4 look up a Wagon by protocol only and remove `<wagonProvider>` from the server configuration (`DefaultRepositorySystemSessionFactory` on both lines), and they bundle `wagon-http` and `wagon-file`, not `lightweight`. The guide now says that and points to the transport, deployment and HTTP guides. Also fixes stale details found while moving the guides in #1751: the invoker version and svn link in plugin testing, the plain-http gitbox links on the skins page, and a versions plugin issue link in the reproducible builds guide. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
