The IT sites carried a "Maven Fluido Skin ITs" crumb to `ITs.html`, which does not exist on the published skin site, and the three published samples (sidebar, topbar, topbar-inverse) inherited an edit link into maven-parent, where their sources do not live. The crumb is gone from all 38 site descriptors; the samples set their own `<edit>` base. Fixes #115.
