The Surefire and Failsafe reports write each suite and test status as text (success, error, failure, skipped) instead of `images/icon_*_sml.gif`, which the plugin never shipped and which carried no alt text. The new strings are in `surefire-report.properties` only; other locales fall back to them. Fixes #3564.
