The Doxia developer pages registered parsers, sink factories and macros with Plexus `@Component`, `@plexus.component` javadoc tags and `lookup(...ROLE...)`. Doxia's own components use `@Singleton @Named`, so the pages now show that and link to the Maven & JSR-330 page instead of repeating the setup. The Maven & JSR-330 page gains a short "How to name components" section: `@Named` as the replacement for the role hint, and injection by interface and name in place of `lookup`. The sink snippet also names the sink factory `xhtml`, the name `Xhtml5SinkFactory` is registered under; `html` does not resolve. Part of #1766.
