The home page leads with what Maven is and a download button, then groups the site into cards (Use, Extend, Contribute, How to Get Support) laid out with a plain CSS grid, so it works on a phone without the old table. It is converted from xdoc to Markdown; the cards stay raw HTML because Markdown has no equivalent. Card titles are paragraphs rather than headings: Doxia turns every heading into a section, which breaks out of the card markup. The `#How_to_Get_Support` and `#Apache_Software_Foundation` anchors are kept. The "Upcoming: How to migrate plugins to the new Maven 4 API?" placeholder is gone; the Maven 4 callout links what exists.
