Since #74 (2026-08-05) the `Java CI` workflow on master fails before starting any job: the `maven4-enabled` and `matrix-exclude` inputs were added under a `run:` step, which GitHub rejects. This finishes what #74 set out to do and calls the shared Verify workflow with those inputs, so the build covers Maven 3.10 and Maven 4 and excludes JDK 8. The `build-non-english-locale` job from #76 is unchanged. Verified: `mvn -P run-its verify` on JDK 21 → Passed: 6, Skipped: 1 with Maven 3.9.16 and 4.0.0-rc-7 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
