URL: https://github.com/apache/maven/issues/13785
### Affected version
4.0.0-rc-7
### Bug description
`mvnenc init` with the Master Password Dispatcher and the "Environment
variable (variable name should be edited)" source shows `env:$VARIABLE_NAME`
under "Please customize the editable value". Pressing Enter there, without
typing, writes this to `~/.m2/settings-security4.xml`:
```xml
<property>
<name>source</name>
<value>env:null</value>
</property>
```
and the summary says `source=env:null` before asking "Are values above
correct?". The shown value is not a default, so the configuration that gets
saved can never work. Typing a value (`env:MVN_MASTER`) saves it correctly.
[MNG-8425] (#12418, backported in #12564, both in 4.0.0-rc-7) fixed `mvnenc
init` saving an invalid master source configuration, but this path still does.
Expected: either the shown value is the default and pressing Enter keeps it, so
`mvnenc diag` can point at the unset variable, or `init` refuses an empty value
and asks again.
