### Affected version
3.10.0
### Bug description
I have ~200 modules, so I build in parallel mode via `mvn -T 1C` to speed up
build times.
Upon upgrading from 3.9.idk to 3.10.0, the builds are much faster, but so
fast now, that sometimes, the highlighting and the text and the characters get
garbled into something eldritch.
And here is my environment information.
- Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
- 10.0.22631 Build 22631
- Git Bash
- `bash --version` gives me `5.3.15(2)-release`
- `git --version` gives me `2.56.0.windows.1`
- Maven 3.10.0
- `mvn --version` gives me `3.10.0

- It also says my Java version is `27, vendor: Oracle Corporation`
- It also says my default locale is `en_US, platform encoding: UTF-8,
time zone: America/New_York`
Please let me know if more info is needed.
And finally, here is a screenshot of the issue in question. These should
just be basic `mvn clean install -T 1C` logs, but instead I get this eldritch
nightmare.
