With `-b concurrent`, lifecycle-bound aggregator goals can run before their
subprojects finish the declared phase. Inherited executions also run in each
subproject.
Schedule these goals in a regular DAG step after the project's and
subprojects' phase completion. This also prevents aggregation after a
subproject failure. Suppress inherited copies when an active reactor ancestor
provides the execution, while preserving explicit subproject/profile bindings
and executions activated from plugin management. Invalidate the cached step
ordering when adding the aggregator step.
Add four integration tests covering phase ordering, subproject failure,
nested profile aggregators, and plugin-management activation. The fixtures also
cover `${revision}` and configuration-only execution overrides.
Validation:
- New integration tests: 4 passed.
- `BuildPlanCreatorTest` and `BuildPlanExecutorTest`: 17 passed.
- Core reactor package build, Checkstyle and RAT passed.
The targeted integration harness ran in-process with ASM 9.10.1 and Jetty
12.1.13 overrides because the declared versions were unavailable locally. The
full `mvn -Prun-its verify` run remains outstanding. Direct command-line
aggregators and forked-lifecycle behavior are outside this change's validation
scope.
