Adds a switch, `SiteRenderingContext#setSharedSourceDirectory(boolean)`, off by default. When on, `src/site/source` (the `source` directory under each site directory) holds pages of any markup format, and the file extension picks the parser: `index.md` is Markdown, `guide/usage.apt` is APT, `faq.fml` is FML. The format directories such as `src/site/markdown` are read as before, and a page found in both fails the build as a duplicate. This answers the two open questions from the issue: - `site.xml` stays in `src/site`, outside the shared directory, so it is never mistaken for an XDoc page. - An extension claimed by two parser modules produces the same page twice, which the existing duplicate check reports. Images and other static files still go in `src/site/resources`. The maven-site-plugin parameter that sets the switch (apache/maven-site-plugin#1153) follows the Doxia Sitetools release.
