Removes minify-maven-plugin, last released in 2016 and kept working only through a `plexus-utils` override. After the Bootstrap 5 move it minified only the skin's own `maven-base.css`, `maven-theme.css` and `fluido.js`, the fork ribbon, and AnchorJS; minifying saved about 6 KB gzipped. - AnchorJS: the `anchor.min.js` from the anchor-js 4.3.1 release (its `anchor.js` is byte-identical to the file this replaces). - Skin CSS: `maven-antrun-plugin` concatenates the highlight.js theme, `maven-base.css` and `maven-theme.css` in the same order as before. - `fluido.js` and the fork ribbon CSS are copied as written. The generated file names, including `.min`, are unchanged, since sites with their own `site.vm` reference them. Closes #333 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
