Sets `versions.junit` to JUnit 6.1.3 for this Maven 4 line, which already requires Java 17; master stays on JUnit 5 for JDK 8. `versions.junit5` points at it because maven-parent 50 still reads that name; https://github.com/apache/maven-parent/pull/633 renames it, and the alias line can go once this line uses a parent with that change. It also drops the `junitVersion` property, which nothing read. Verified: `mvn verify` with Maven 4.0.0-rc-7 → 137 tests pass on junit-jupiter 6.1.3. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
