Moves the `maven-4.0.x` line to JUnit 6.1.3, the version master uses. The line already requires Java 17, which JUnit 6 needs. Verified: `mvn verify` with Maven 4.0.0-rc-7 → the unit tests of every module pass on junit-jupiter 6.1.3.
