`site:stage` fails without `distributionManagement.site` id and URL, although the usage page implies it stages to `target/staging/` on its own. The page now says why the URL is needed (`getDeployModuleDirectory` derives each module's directory from it) and shows a placeholder for projects that publish their site some other way.
