Closing: development of the 4.0.0-M line has stopped, and master is the 3.x line again (Maven 3.9 API, prerequisite 3.9.0). Running on Maven 4 is covered there by CI with Maven 4 enabled in #1259 instead of moving the plugin to the Maven 4 API. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
