Fixes #1201: automodules-manifest now asserts the module path holds the manifest-named automodule and that the current "Required filename-based automodules detected" warning is absent. The two mcompiler-21 ITs, which shared their sources, become one IT that renames a method (compile fails), restores it (compile passes) and removes a class (compile fails); the restore step is new coverage.
