Fixes #1406, together with #1407, which replaces the three default-excludes ITs. The seven bugs/massembly-* ITs without a verify script get one for what each issue was about (excluded log4j classes, `WEB-INF/lib` entries, junit-only and no-transitive sets, 0750/0644 modes, the PostgreSQL driver service, `web.xml` in the war, no directory with mode 000), as do nine more ITs that only checked build success. Five near-duplicate ITs are merged into their siblings. No assertion names a dependency version.
