Moves eight ITs into unit tests: log directory and no-clone build logs, the JUnit report (success, failure, skipped, error), Maven extension and POM filtering (precedence and encoding), and skipping installation and invocation. `cloneProjects`, `writeJunitReport` and `setupBuildLogFile` become package-private so the tests can call them; nothing outside `AbstractInvokerMojo` uses them. Each new test fails when the production line it guards is broken. clone-clean and pom-filtering-reactor stay ITs: what they check lives in other private methods. The skip tests set the field directly, so binding `invoker.skip` is no longer exercised. Part of apache/maven#13822.
