Backport of #13846 to `maven-4.0.x`.
Cherry-pick of 828acc62c9814ca6745b4ea5ad323372efe0350d required conflict
resolution.
**Changes:**
- In `doReadAsParentModel()`, inject active profile repositories into the
model **before** calling `readParent()`, so that repositories declared in
profiles are available when resolving the parent POM from a remote repository
- The `maven-4.0.x` branch uses a recursive `readParent`/`resolveParent`
approach (vs the `ParentFrame` state machine on `master`), so the fix was
adapted to the correct insertion point
- `ParentTraversalTest` excluded (tests the `ParentFrame` state machine
which only exists on `master`)
- IT test adapted for `maven-4.0.x` API (`File`-based, `super("[4.0.0,)")`)
