`SocketFamily.toString` writes an IPv6 daemon address as `inet:<host>/[<ip>]:<port>`, but `fromString` only accepted IPv4, so a daemon that registered an IPv6 loopback address (for example under `-Djava.net.preferIPv6Addresses=true`) could not be read back from the registry. `fromString` now reads bracketed IPv6 literals, drops a `%scope` suffix, and rejects malformed strings with `IllegalArgumentException` instead of `StringIndexOutOfBoundsException`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
