here is the Patch. I hope it is o.k.
What you will get with the patch:
It adds another property named 'projectTextFileEncoding' to the plugin, so that
you can set a project specific encoding for different projects in a single
workspace.
If this property is set to an encoding, then the entry
'encoding/<project>=YOUR_ENCODING' will be set in the
'.settings/org.eclipse.core.resources.prefs' file.
In cas that this file already exists, it will be merged.
