Note: the existing protocols of dav:http:// and dav:https:// are still in
place, this change is backward compatible.
It merely adds more protocol prefixes that WebdavWagon wlil respond to.
This should ease the integration points for wagon.
These extra protocols should also reduce the number of incidents of issues and
support requests around using webdav with wagon.
