sign-and-deploy does not sign pom.xml

I use the sign-and-deploy-file target to deploy artifacts to the apache
repository, which works very well. However, apache requires [1] not only for
the artifact to be signed, but also for the pom.xml, so it would be nice if the
gpg plugin would support signing of the pom as well.
