linkXRef should link all tests, not just failed tests

Currently, the linkXRef parameter has somewhat misleading documentation; it
will link the surefire report to the test source only for /failing/ tests. We
think it'd be extremely useful if the report (optionally?) included such links
for /all/ tests. Right now, you have to make a mental note of the class name,
then dig through the test source manually, which is quite a pain.
