When reporting on developer activity, the plugin appears to only include
changes where the author id matches exactly (case sensitive match) with a
developer id defined in the <developers> section of the project xml.
Since Subversion author id is not case sensitive, users can commit with any
case in the author id (e.g. _jsmith == JSmith == JSMITH_). The developer
activity plugin should presumably pick up all these changes.
