This is the second take of my previous request
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-2364 . This one is in line with
the request of http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-2335 and the way
some of the other google code hosted projects are packaging their artifacts for
the central repository.
