[r750570|http://svn.eu.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=750570] introduced a
regression for authenticated mirrors since the effective repository id must be
the id of the mirror to have auth lookup work. Also, a quick seach showed that
we currently have no IT for this scenario.
