I try to build a project with a clean repository. All artifacts coming from
repo1.maven.org. If i try to build the project i got:
Reason: Cannot find parent: org.apache.maven.scm:maven-scm for project:
null:maven-scm-api:jar:null for project null:maven-scm-api:jar:null
Could the relativepath-attribute be the problem?
