Patrik Kleindl commented on MNG-3946:
-------------------------------------
Same issue here
Windows XP
Maven 2.0.10 and 2.1.0
Java 1.5.0_17 and 1.6
Came accross this when i tried to set a separate local repository per
EXECUTOR_NUMBER in Hudson (${env.EXECUTOR_NUMBER}), when this didn't work i
tried it with ${user.home} alone and this didn't work as well.
> user.home not expanded in conf/settngs.xml

> I have the following in conf/settings.xml in my maven install tree.
> <localRepository>${user.home}/.m2/btrepository</localRepository>
> The user.home does not expand. Using a ~ doesn't help. I still end up with a
> .m2 directory in the root.
