"Path within archive" should be filled-in with api

When I use downloadJavadocs they are attached properly in my project, but the
"path within archive" setting is not set for any of the jars and this causes
the pages to not open.
Manually changing the setting to "api" fixes the issues so when I press CTRL+F2
my browser opens up the Javadoc page properly.
It'd be nice if the plug-in checked the jar to see if it needs a path within
the jar like "api"
