This apt snippet is rendered correctly by site-plugin-2.0 but using
2.1-SNAPSHOT, the formatting in the section titles is lost.
The SiteRendererSink emits section titles in head mode. Note also anchors
around section titles are dropped, eg for the top link in the FmlParser.
