If the same remote repository is referenced multiple times (i.e. in settings,
in project hierarchy and in project itself) it will appear multiple times in
MavenProject.remoteArtifactRepositories. The problem becomes obvious when
settings.xml contains mirrorOf=*, in which case project is expected to have
single remoteArtifactRepository but it has multiple. The same applies to
pluginArtifactRepositories.
