tableRows() are implemented in
[r783974|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=783974].
I'm closing this now as all blocking issues are resolved. Two minor issues
remain with tables: the sink should make sure to emit table captions before the
table rows, and tableHeaderCells are emitted as tableCells. I will open
separate tickets for those.
