I noticed that the maven metadata for urlrewrite filter seems to be out of date
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/tuckey/urlrewritefilter/maven-metadata.xml
shows only the older 2.4 and 2.5.1 versions but the repository also contains
3.0.4 and 3.1.0
