Hi,
currently (2.0-beta-9) is using the maven-parent in version 11 which contains
the scm-plugin in version 1.1.
Version 1.2 made some very important improvements (like the possibility to
disable the forceTag in CVS).
Could you please upgrade to maven-parent:12 in in 2.0.-beta-10? I did it at our
side and it seems to be ok.
