I agree, junit-dep is a proper way of packgaing 3rd party dependencies.
However, I can understand changing junit:junit artifact would break a lot of
projects and users wouldn't be too happy. Maybe it should be done once JUnit
increases its major version to 5.0 or so. For now, please maintain
junit:junit-dep artifact too. Thanks.
