We need to be careful that any improvements to the model validation in terms of
strictness don't affect dependency resolution, i.e. dependency POM must only be
subject to minimal checking. Whenever I strengthened model validation in the
past, I checked this for this case in a dedicated IT. This doesn't scale well,
there should be one IT to check that a POM having all kind of badness is still
processed.
