What messages are you talking about here?
The report itself already supports localization. Just copy
src\main\resources\checkstyle-report.properties to
src\main\resources\checkstyle-report_pr_BR.properties, translate it and attach
it to this issue.
If you are talking about the messages that come from Checkstyle, then you
should contact the Checkstyle project.
