With Maven EAR plugin 2.3.2 the description tag is above the display name that
is conform to J2EE1.4 XSD
In maven ear plugin 2.4 the description tag is bellow display name that is not
conform to J2EE1.4 XSD.
this lead to installation failure in my J2EE serveur
