Relocation can't be used on Root Pom.

We slit our project in several modules.
All modules have a parent.
In this parent, we define among other things, groupID, and we don't define
GroupID in module (they inherit of him).
Now we wan't to relocate our groupID.
But if we define relocation in parent, it is not taken into account in module.
We have to define relocation in each module.
