actually this MAVENUPLOAD project is a bit out of date, we provide better
service for projects which want to be synced to central at Sonatype:
http://nexus.sonatype.org/oss-repository-hosting.html
this document explains all the requirements and also how to do that, with Nexus
Staging feature, your artifacts will be validated automatically before being
synced.
