This is a follow-up to MGPG-19 which is basically not fixable in the GPG Plugin
due to the nature of metadata. The site.xml should be added as an attached
artifact instead of metadata. This would also match the way the site descriptor
is resolved later on by the doxia tools, namely as an artifact, not via the
metadata mechanismn.
