Extend core artifact filter to exclude Guice-based Plexus shim

The Plexus container is obsolete, newer development targets Guice and for
migration, a Plexus facade based on Guice has been created. To prevent class
path clashes for plugins that either directly or indirectly depend on this
shim, the core artifact filter needs to be extended to filter this artifact out
as well.
