Attachment: better-snapshot-dependency.patch
I have attached a patch with the enhancement, and corrected the corresponding
test (CheckDependencySnapshotsPhaseTest).
The patch is pretty straightforward.
I could check whether all the integration tests are still working since i
didn't succed in running all of them.
