Loading dependencies from file echo is ant warning instead of info

If cache dependency refs is set to true then the dependency task loads the
dependencies from file. This creates a warning in the ant log 'Loading
dependency paths from file' (as default echo level is warning).
The attached patch changes the echo so that it is at information level instead.
