Clean plugin should support a silent retry in case the first attemp fails

Sometimes file are accessed by third party software like virus scanners or
search indexing while clean goal is performed. This causes the clean plugin to
fail.
In case a file can't be deleted right away it would be good to wait for a short
period of time and then try to delete it again. Only if second trial also fails
the build should fail.
