Resolution: Not A Bug
unpack is a flag to determine _whether_ a dependency gets unarchived, not
_where_ to unarchive it. To control this, you need to set outputDirectory and
use an expression there. But if you're referencing a POM property, you should
be using ${project.properties.ear.path} or similar.
Also, note that there is an <unpackOptions> subsection that allows you to
control includes/excludes, filtering of file contents, line-endings, etc.
