This has been reported at MLINKCHECK-4. It only happens when javadocs are
checked and some excludedLink pattern contains a * wildcard. The reason is that
some published javadoc sites are not valid URIs, eg
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/lang/Object.html?is-external=true#wait(long,
int)
