Benjamin Bentmann commented on MRESOURCES-129:
----------------------------------------------
Maven itself doesn't filter resources, the Resources Plugin does. That your
build behaves differently in this regard depending on the Maven version
suggests you don't have the version of the Resources plugin specified but rely
on defaults which have changed since Maven 2..x.
> resource:resource filtering fails when resource contains an @

> Issue Type: Bug
> Environment: os : ubuntu 10.04, Java version: 1.6.0_10-rc2, Apache
> Maven 2.2.1 (r801777; 2009-08-06 21:16:01+0200) and Apache Maven 3.0
> (r1004208; 2010-10-04 13:50:56+0200)

> I have a resource having the same place-holder two times in it. When i start
> a maven build with 2.2.1, both of them get replaced in the target directory.
> But when running the same build under 3.0, only the first found place-holder
> is replaced. I am not sure if it is a bug, but i would assume it is.
> here is how my test file looks like:
> *******8<----------------
> The first ${test.property}!
> @
> The second ${test.property}!
> *******8<----------------
> If I remove the @ or add another one (seems even uninteresting where i add
> it), it works even in 3.0 as expected. Seems as long as i have a even number
> of @ it works fine, but fails for an odd number.
